Management Team

Mustafa AL-Saleh is the Deputy Chairman & Managing Director.
Mr. Al-Saleh has over 22 years of experience. He held senior positions initially as the head of foreign investments at Industrial Investment Company (IIC) in Kuwait, then head of Direct Investments at Kuwait Real Estate Investment Consortium (KREIC) in Kuwait, next as the head of Local & Direct Investments at Kuwait International Investment Company (KIIC).

Most recently, Mr. Al-Saleh was providing advisory work in the areas of risk management, corporate finance advisory and capital markets Consultancies and specialized corporate finance, M&A and financial restructuring services for the investment & financial community in Kuwait from a firm he founded in 1987, and managed starting 1992 "Technical Economics Advisory" (TEA). Through TEA, Mr. AL-Saleh serviced a host of Kuwaiti institutions such as Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA), Kuwait Investment Office (KIO), Kuwait Awqaf, Kuwait Investment Company (KIC), Kuwait Investment Projects Co (KIPCO) & some of its subsidiaries companies like UIC / UFK, Bayan Invest Co (Bayan) and some private Islamic investment groups in Kuwait and UAE.

Mr. Al-Saleh is an engineering graduate from the University Of Pittsburgh with extensive finance & investment training with the Institute of Banking Studies, CITIBANK & Euromoney Institute of Finance and is a known quality to a lot of people in the investment banking field through some earlier joint venture initiatives as well as via the wealth of knowledge and results he displayed during his 22 years career span.

Masoud Al-Haqhaq is the Deputy CEO for Administrations, accounts, and Operations. 

Mr. Al-Haqhaq holds Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree from the University Of Pittsburgh and Master of Science in Computer Information Systems degree from the University of Phoenix. 

 

Mr. Al-Haqhaq joined ADEEM on February 2008 with 24 years of experience. He started his career on1984 with the Commercial Bank of Kuwait (CBK), and held his first senior management position on 1988 at Kuwait Clearing Company (KCC). He joined the Commercial Facilities Company (CFC) senior management team on 1992, and rejoined the senior management team at Kuwait Clearing Company on 2003 prior to joining ADEEM. 

 

During his career Mr. Al-Haqhaq provided various consultancy services to the local market and the Middle East region. The focus of his experience covered the areas of Information Technology, Banking, Consumer Finance, and Capital Markets Clearing and Settlement.

Ravi Pareek is the Vice President - Corporate Finance. Prior to his present role in ADEEM, he worked in Transaction Advisory Services Division (Corporate Finance) in Ernst & Young Kuwait on valuation, financial feasibility and Mergers & Acquisitions advisory related engagements in diverse sectors. Ravi has a total experience of 10 years in corporate finance, investment banking and capital markets. Ravi had worked with various investment advisory companies based in India with exposure to diverse sectors including steel, fertilizer, glass manufacturing, and hospitality. Ravi is an Master in Business Administration and a CFA Charter holder from ICFAI, India.

Mohammed Bourisly is Senior Vice President - Operations. The Operations Department includes Settlements and Information Technology. Bourisly Has a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Information Technology from the United Stated. Bourisly has more than 12 years of experience in the IT and Financial sector in Kuwait. He held the position of the IT Manager of Al-Ahlia Investment Co., IT Assistant Manager at Gulf Investment Corporation, General Manager of Burgan National Information Systems, ISP and Value Added Services Manager for ArabTelecom, System Programmer at the Central Bank of Kuwait.

Hatem Ebraheem is Vice President - Finance Department of Adeem Investment Co. Hatem held many positions in different sectors in Kuwait. He was an Investment Senior Accountant at Securities Group Company, Kuwait. He also was an Auditor for Kuwaiti Global Group Office, Kuwait. And for National Chemical and Petroleum Industries Company in Kuwait he was the Chief Cost Accountant. He also held the position of Internal Auditor for the Agricultural Development and Credit Bank of Egypt. Hatem has more than 10 year experience in the field of accounting and auditing procedures related to investment cycles. Hatem Ebraheem holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Tanta.
